You may have been given a Travel Savings Gift Card that was issued by a third party that is contracted with TBS and could also have access to personal data restricted to name, phone number, email and travel savings gift card usage related to any gift card they issued.

TBS and travelsavings.com and travel fulfillment vendors are the sole owner of the information collected on our websites. We collect information from Independent Brand Partners, Customers and visitors to the websites at different points on the process to include activation and card redemption.

Customers are required to provide certain contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number(s), and email address) during the redemption process and also payment information during the purchasing process of any booked travel. Customers are also required to provide payment information (such as credit card or debit card). We use this information to maintain contact with Customers and to process Customer purchase transactions.

premiertravelsavings.com gathers and stores information that it collects through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of visitors to our websites (“users”). A profile is stored information that TBS and premiertravelsavings.com keeps on individual users which details their viewing preferences. Profile information is tied to the user’s personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user.

premiertravelsavings.com DOES NOT share personally identifiable information except with contracted service providers as may be necessary to process orders and/or returns and obtain payment. We also provide information to Independent Contractors who issued the Travel Savings Gift Card related (a) to provide information on business metrics in the activation, booking and sales report sections; and/or (b) to assign a sales or enrollments to an Independent Contractor.

premiertravelsavings.com or TBS does not warrant that other Independent Contractors will adhere to the confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants, and premiertravelsavings.com shall not be responsible for Independent Contractor or third party supplier violation of these covenants. 2

Sales Information

If you make a purchase through this Site, we will provide the Independent Contractor, to whom any gift card is assigned, with your name, contact information, a description of the item(s) purchased, and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with the Independent Contractor.

Aggregate Information

(Non-Personal Identifiable) premiertravelsavings.com may share aggregated demographic information with our partners, vendors, suppliers, third party providers, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Business Transactions

In the event premiertravelsavings.com or TBS goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, the personal information of Independent Contractors and Customers will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, an Independent Contractor or Customer’s personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, the Independent Contractor or Customer will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

premiertravelsavings.com sends all Independent Contractors and Customers an email to verify password, and username. All Independent Contractors and Customers will occasionally receive information on the premiertravelsavings.com products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.

On occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send Customers an announcement email. These communications are not promotional in nature.
