All information you submit on this site is accessed and retained by brand premiertravelsavings.com, TBS and third party travel technology fulfillment agency. You may have been given a Travel Savings Gift Card that was issued by a third party that is contracted with TBS and could also have access to personal data restricted to name, phone number, email and travel savings gift card usage related to any gift card they issued.

Data and Information

TBS and travelsavings.com and travel fulfillment vendors are the sole owner of the information collected on our websites. We collect information from Independent Brand Partners, Customers and visitors to the websites at different points on the process to include activation and card redemption.

Personally identifiable information is any piece of information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, social security and tax identification numbers, and credit card or banking information.

Customers are required to provide certain contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number(s), and email address) during the redemption process and also payment information during the purchasing process of any booked travel. Customers are also required to provide payment information (such as credit card or debit card). We use this information to maintain contact with Customers and to process Customer purchase transactions.

premiertravelsavings.com gathers and stores information that it collects through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of visitors to our websites (“users”). A profile is stored information that TBS and premiertravelsavings.com keeps on individual users which details their viewing preferences. Profile information is tied to the user’s personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user.

If you make a purchase through this Site, we will provide the Independent Contractor, to whom any gift card is assigned, with your name, contact information, a description of the item(s) purchased, and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with the Independent Contractor.

Aggregate Information

(Non-Personal Identifiable) premiertravelsavings.com may share aggregated demographic information with our partners, vendors, suppliers, third party providers, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Business Transactions

premiertravelsavings.com sends all Independent Contractors and Customers an email to verify password, and username. All Independent Contractors and Customers will occasionally receive information on the premiertravelsavings.com products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.
